Excellent Level Of Service
Greg and I wanted to take a moment to thank you for the excellent level of service you provided us throughout the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new home. You were available day and night and never made us feel as if we were bothering you no matter how many times we would ask the same questions. Your follow up was excellent as you kept us informed every step of the way. It was an emotional three months for Greg and me, and you were wonderful in dealing with our ups and downs, disappointments and delights. Even at the end when you were trying to get out the door for your vacation you made sure escrow closed as planned. You even went the extra mile to coordinate the early delivery of the keys so we would be ready to go the moment it closed. It was a pleasure working with you and nothing would please us more than to refer you to anyone we know that was in need of a realtor. In today’s times when there are so many professionals just in it for the money, you truly stand apart and offer a glimmer of hope that people do exist with high levels of honesty, integrity and commitment. When a seller lists a home with a real estate agent, a lot of brainstorming follows. Who are the potential buyers, where do they live and work? How can they be reached effectively with information that will attract them to this particular property?
In addition to advertising each home on the widely used Multiple Listing Service, professional real estate agents employ marketing techniques tailored to the individual home they are selling. An agent will review various buyer lists to find potential purchasers. They will use telephone and direct mail marketing, produce property flyers and advertise on the Internet, in the newspaper, in community publications and in real estate magazines. Contacts will be made to other agents who sell homes in the area to encourage them to show the home to prospective buyers.
